What is Organisational Profiling?
Organisational Profiling is the scientific process of applying sophisticated metrics to organisational mapping. The statistical data provided by individually completed StressMapsÒ are used to produce an organisational profile, which is then analysed to help uncover the hidden sources of distress within organisation.
How does the Process work?
Building on the success of the Stress Mastery Programme, this process uses the Organisational Profiling Behavioural Change Model to allow team members to focus in on the sources of distress within the department or group, and to collectively develop and implement action plans to address these areas.
